Melenie comes to us with 10+ years of customer service experience in the various industries, with much of it here in the Spring, TX area. She is familiar with the community whether it is local neighborhoods or small businesses here in Spring and Tomball.

She has a proven track record in implementing innovative marketing strategies to reach, and help, current and new clients get the protection they need. Melenie loves working with people and will be leading the customer service department of the agency. She is committed to enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction and is committed to delivering results to help customers achieve more. She will be working on two specific District Initiatives to start with.

When away from work Melenie enjoys spending time with her family and spending time in outdoors in the water.
